与电话服务不同，在为顾客办理登记入住手续时，前台人员要注意表情和仪态一定要让顾客觉得宾至如归。
首先要询问顾客基本信息，然后是办理入住手续将房卡交给顾客，再安排人员将顾客带到他们的房间，要注意流程，不能弄混。
